What are “footers”? These are holes that are dug into the ground, fully inspected by the city/county building department, and then they are filled with concrete into which are placed the supporting posts for your structure. The engineering and inspection processes ensure that your shade structure is solidly and safely placed.

ALL OF OUR PATIO COVERS ARE MADE OF AN ALUMINUM ALLOY MATERIAL. UNLIKE WOOD PATIO COVERS, OURS WILL NOT CRACK, WARP, SPLIT, PEEL, NEED TO BE REPAINTED OR BECOME INFESTED WITH TERMITES.
Unlike wood, aluminum does not become adversely affected by the weather extremes so common here. There will not be warping, flaking, and wood rot/mold, chipping or fading issues. There is no need to repaint either like what so often happens with wood covers. Our products are manufactured using the highest grade aluminum material in the industry, coming with limited lifetime materials warranty.
The costs of our aluminum products are comparable to wood when you consider the overall cost of the cover through its lifetime. Aluminum covers are practically maintenance-free, needing only an occasional rinsing off with a garden hose. Wood covers often require repainting, and wood is at the mercy of the weather. We will put together a schematic that gives a representation of what the final look will be.
The cost of all materials for the cover, the labor, the cost of the building permit as well as any applicable sales tax is included in your quote. If you require a concrete pad or “footers” to be dug out to accommodate the installation, this can be provided at an extra cost.
The covers come with a non-visible canal system that allows for electrical cables to be passed. Upon request, we can install a channel support (fan beam) which is designed to allow for installing a fan.

The venetian® patio cover is a unique design that actually allows the owner to control the amount of sun coming through the louvers by adjusting the angle. This ability to adjust the louvers is quite different from your basic lattice cover, which has fixed-in-place tubes and cannot be adjusted.
